Allinson Bread
Allinson was launched in 1892 by Dr. Thomas Allinson, a pioneer in his time who believed in following a healthy lifestyle through the consumption of natural products.
Allinson bread is batch baked to create a softer loaf. This technique means the loaves are baked in batches of two, in one large tin with their sides touching, allowing the bread to rise at its own pace. Once baked and cooled, the loaves are gently separated, to leave bread, which tastes moreish and has a beautifully soft texture.
Wild Card's campaign for the brand sees Thomas Allinson's vision of wholesome living brought to life through PR, re-introducing Allinson to consumers' touchpoints and social circle. The campaign taps into the Thomas Allinson legacy, heritage, controversy and other collateral, working with an acclaimed food historian and setting up brand partnerships to deliver regular exposure across the year.
