Davidstow Cheddar
It's taken 60 years of dedication, learning and love to perfect the art of cheese making the Davidstow way. This knowledge, combined with milk produced by generations of local farmers, produces the subtle and intrinsic flavours for the Davidstow range: Cornish Classic and Cornish Crackler Cheddars and also Cornish Classic Lighter. Keeping true to its Cornish roots, Davidstow enjoys a close relationship with the celebrated, Michelin-starred Cornish chef Nathan Outlaw, who shares the same enthusiasm for genuine Cornish produce.
Wild Card operates a comprehensive consumer campaign for Davidstow comprising sampling at national and Cornish events, negotiation and management of the relationship with Nathan Outlaw, production of and seeding vodcasts, managing social media estates and hosting media events.
Extensive exposure has been generated through national media and, following blanket coverage of the launch in Cornwall, the Cornish press continues to support the on-going events and range extensions. Coverage of the latest campaign exceeded a print reach of 36 million.
