Kitchen Italia

Kitchen Italia offers a fresh interpretation of the all-day cantina by providing homemade food in an informal atmosphere, with restaurants in London's Westfield and Covent Garden.

Launching the second outlet in the heart of Covent Garden, the Wild Card team was tasked with creating buzz and excitement around the new Kitchen Italia opening. The team quickly secured coverage across the key trade titles and London media.  Mobilising the blogging community, Wild Card hosted two pasta-making workshops, showcasing the chef skill and expertise.  The results were shown in over 30 pieces of coverage in key titles in just three months.

Jane Curran, Editor, Woman & Home ""I've worked with Wild Card for years. It's a joy to deal with a professional PR agency who don't bombard you with time-wasting phone calls and they NEVER ask if you received the press release they sent! They always know who to talk to, they know the media and who's who. They know who to target with a story and have some seriously glamorous clients too..."" David Rowe, Head of Media Relations, Eden Project "Wild Card was a natural choice - a respected London PR agency with an impressive roster of national clients but with firm roots in Cornwall. Their professional, well-connected team have continued to play one ace after another on our behalf, securing excellent media coverage."" Mark Hix, Chef, restaurateur & food writer ""You can always rely on Wild Card to come up with the goods, from posh French bubbles to rare Kentish hop shoots."" Fiona Beckett, freelance food & drink writer "There are two things about PR agencies that really madden journalists. One is when they don't have the vaguest idea of target audiences and the other is when they don't understand how tight deadlines are - however unreasonable they may be! Wild Card scores on both fronts. They know what what I'm interested in and don't waste time with irrelevant stories. And they make things happen quickly. This means I'm more inclined to pay attention when they get in touch."" William Hartston, The Daily Express ""Don’t believe anything you hear about the wild, Wild Card women – they’re delightfully tame and a great pleasure to work with. And their client list is of an exceptionally high and tasty quality. What more could a hungry journalist of taste and refinement wish for?""
