Rodda's
Rodda's is a family-owned business of five generations based near Redruth in Cornwall. Famous around the world for its gloriously thick clotted cream, locals are lucky enough to also enjoy Rodda's rich butter and creamy milk. Like champagne, Cornish Clotted Cream is one of a small number of products to have its authenticity safe-guarded with a Protected Designation of Origin status.
