Consultant Director
Jackie is the former Geneva-based communications director of luxury watch company, Rolex. Prior to joining Rolex, she was EVP of MSL, the global public relations firm within the Publicis Groupe and chairman of the UK's Public Relations Consultants Association (PRCA). She became one of the Founding Fellows of the PRCA in 2010.
She now heads the corporate and marketing communications company, Cathcart Consulting, advising Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, Millward Brown Corporate and JSP, the world's largest producer of expanded polypropylene, among others.

Mary has a wide breadth of experience at Chairman and Director level in business and on public authorities. Amongst appointments she has held are membership of the Regional Board of the Trustee Savings Bank, Non-Executive Director of South West Water, Director of Devon & Cornwall Training & Enterprise Council, Vice Chairman of the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Health Authority and County Chairman of the Rural Development Commission and Regional Chairman of the Further Education Funding Council. An early career was based in The House of Commons working for the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association.
She is extensively involved with numerous charity organisations, particularly in Cornwall, at Trustee level and as Patron or President. She has been a Governor of the Falmouth College of Art, Trustee of the Cornwall Rural Community Council and Trustee of the National Maritime Museum, Cornwall. She was past Chairman and is now a Trustee of the Cornwall Community Foundation, and is on the Board of South West Lakes Trust.
Mary was HM The Queen’s representative (Lord Lieutenant) for Cornwall from 1994 to 2011. In 2011 she was awarded the biennial Trelawny Plate by the county. This prestigious award recognises the individual who is considered to be ‘the living embodiment of the spirit of Cornwall’.

Ben is a digital communications specialist with nine years experience delivering campaigns incorporating online public relations, branded content and social media. He has worked across industries as varied as entertainment, technology, healthcare, charity, food and travel. The remit has been the same; to bring together the relevant digital tools, techniques and communities, integrate these with the wider marketing programme and through this, reach out and engage specific audiences.
Ben works closely with the Wild Card team to develop social media strategies across all clients.

Chris Solloway is a corporate communications consultant with more than 20 years’ PR and marketing experience. In recent years she has been increasingly focused on ‘green’ issues and the communication of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes.
This includes helping clients to develop, resource and articulate business CSR and environmental policy and communicating these approaches to key stakeholders and the media.
Chris also helps companies to achieve recognition for their CSR efforts, which includes recent wins in the prestigious European Business Awards for the Environment and the Green Business Awards.

Training Partner
Richard is founder and director of The Amber Group, a consultancy specialising in helping creative service businesses to grow. Richard brings a blend of communications, HR, training and coaching experience to support the Wild Card team.
Previously, Richard spent 12 years as PR and communications consultant, working for some of the largest and fastest growing brands in a variety of sectors, including technology, consumer and B2B.
In addition to being a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Richard is a qualified trainer, coach and facilitator, an accredited Insights Discovery practitioner and an affiliate of the Public Relations Consultants Association (PRCA).
