FIFTEEN CORNWALL

Fifteen Cornwall is part of a global social enterprise, founded by Jamie Oliver in 2002. Situated in uber-cool Watergate Bay on the North Cornwall coast, with a panoramic view of two miles of beach, Fifteen Cornwall takes on 20 apprentice chefs a year. The chefs are put through an intensive course at Cornwall College before joining executive chef Neil Haydock and his team, cooking innovative Italian-inspired menus in the restaurant kitchen.

All restaurant profits from Fifteen Cornwall go to the registered charity The Cornwall Foundation of Promise, which supports and inspires disadvantaged young people in Cornwall. The arrival of Fifteen Cornwall in 2006 provided a major boost to the county: the restaurant sources over 80% of its ingredients locally, and has helped build the county’s reputation as a high profile tourist destination.
