WORLD CHOCOLATE MASTERS

This competition, now in its third year, sees creative chocolate professionals battling it out to create the best ‘Haute Couture’ chocolate creation, as well as moulded and dipped pralines, a pastry and a small showpiece from a mystery box of ingredients. It is the premier global event for chocolatiers, patissiers and pastry chefs, and once six UK finalists have competed at the Restaurant Show in October, the winner will go on to represent Great Britain at the World Final, taking place at the Salon du Chocolat in Paris in October 2009.
