For the last 150 years, Booths has earned a reputation for selling regional delicacies and products from around the world with first class service. Five generations of the Booth family have led the company from its humble beginnings to its current position as a leading regional supermarket with 25 stores across the North West of England.

In November 2003 Booths was awarded the prestigious BBC Radio 4 Food & Drink Award for Best Regional/National Retailer of the Year. Other awards won by Booths include: the BBC Good Food Magazine Award for Best Supporter of Regional Suppliers, Marketing Campaign of the Year in the Coveted Retail Industry Awards 2002 and the supreme Wine Oscar by the International Wine Challenge 2002.
