FISHWORKS
The
first FishWorks, renowned for its quality fresh fish offering landed
daily in Brixham, was founded as a fishmongers in Bath by Mitchell
Tonks in 1996. In 1998, a restaurant was opened above the fishmonger
and the rest is history. The award-winning group now has locations
in Bristol, Bath, Christchurch, Chiswick, Marylebone High Street,
Islington, Primrose Hill, Battersea, Chelsea, Parsons Green, Notting
Hill and Richmond. There are also one-day cookery courses on offer
at FishWorks in Richmond (where there is a dedicated FishWorks Cookery
School), Bristol and Christchurch.
