GLENFIDDICH FOOD & DRINK AWARDS AT SKETCH
LAURENT-PERRIER POP ART PINK PARTY, HELD AT SUKA AT SANDERSON
LEITHS SCHOOL OF FOOD & WINE IN KENSINGTON Clients and Wild Card team members rolled up their sleeves, put on their aprons and slaved (happily) over hot stoves at the world-renowned Leiths School of Food & Wine in Kensington. Each team of four – with a wide range of culinary experience and know-how – got stuck in and between them cooked a three-course meal: Thai butternut squash soup and soda bread, Italian chicken with pesto and potatoes and (the piece de resistance), Chocolate roulade with Cointreau oranges. Everyone rose keenly to the challenge (admittedly some more competitively than others) and then sat down to enjoy the fruits of their labours with a few glasses of wine. The winners were awarded Leiths Baking Bibles.
