If you haven’t heard of Bee, then it’s fair to say you’ve probably been living under a rock. With her first cookbook Bee’s Brilliant Biscuits recently released and having a thriving and successful bakery under her belt, Bee is one of this year’s foodie superstars bringing creative flair to the table.
Bee’s been on a mission to create unique biscuits and cookies with an artistic, original edge. She’s adopted a contemporary style with exciting flavour combinations we just can’t get enough of!
The Wild Card team were lucky enough to attend the book launch last week, set in trendy Islington’s Paper Mill studio. As expected it was biscuits galore, with ‘Biscuittini’ cocktails on arrival, order diflucan online uk stacks of sweet and savoury biscuits including Bee’s signature Jammie Dodgers and a giant biscuit mural. All recipes, of course, are featured in Bee’s wonderful new book.
One of our favourite treats was the yummy cookie cups filled with Joe’s cold brew tea.
One of Bee’s bakery stars was there to create bespoke iced biscuits with custom text stamps for people to take home.
The night was topped off with a cookie piñata. After many attempts it was Ed Kimber, former GBBO star, who finally batted away to find 100s of giant iced gems hidden inside… delicious!
We highly recommend treating yourself this spring to Bee’s Brilliant Biscuits – out now, available on Amazon.co.uk.
