With a growing number of clients exhibiting at the show, including the Laurent-Perrier and M&G Investments Gardens, plus Alitex and Gaze Burvill, the Wild Card team set up camp and spent the week entertaining media and co-ordinating interviews, photocalls and filming.

Laurent-Perrier showcased its 15th show garden. Created by Swedish designer Ulf Nordfjell, the contemporary garden proved a hit as famous faces including Kirsty Allsopp, Paul Smith and Ben Fogle stopped by for a glass of champagne, along with a special Royal visit from Prince Charles.

As headline sponsors M&G’s Show Garden was a celebration of the centenary, capturing design trends and themes of past and present.  Designed by RHS Chelsea stalwart diflucan online no prescription Roger Platts, all involved were delighted with the Gold medal awarded to the garden.  The Garden also became a regular spot for BBC filming with the team juggling schedules for BBC Breakfast, the weather and even The One Show.

There was a buzz on the Gaze Burvill stand as Jamie Oliver tried his hand in the new outdoor kitchen, cooking updelicious garlic and rosemary flatbread; whilst next door two real-life ‘gnomes’ on the Alitex stand became stars of the show making their way in to everything from the Daybreak weather report to the New York Times!

The team delivered extensive media coverage over the week including interviews with BBC Radio London, features in the Evening Standard, Telegraph, Daily Mail and Independent among others and over 30 minutes of national TV airtime.
