What we did…
Created an overarching Tone of Voice document for social media. Delivered monthly content calendars with a blend of video, photography and animation, including creative use of existing assets including an interactive quiz for consumers to play online. Each month completed comprehensive reporting on social channel performances.
What happened next?
Increased reach and engagement with communities on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter in accordance with brand KPIs and targets.
