This week the Gin Mare team launched Gin Mare’s Mediterranean Botanical Garden at London’s hippest hotel The Hoxton, Shoreditch.
The Hoxton’s popular alfresco courtyard has been transformed into ‘The Gin Mare Mediterranean Garden’ for the week. Inspired by Gin Mare’s unique savoury botanical ingredients and the Mediterranean heritage, the pop-up is serving guests a unique range of cocktails with a botanical twist!
Press flocked down to the Gin Mare’s Mediterranean Botanical Garden for the launch on Tuesday night, for a night of exclusive cocktails. Guests enjoyed a contemporary take on the much-loved G&T, the Hixter G&T, served with a wedge of succulent mango and a grind of black pepper – a world first! Alongside an innovative Onion Gimlet with Parmegiano Reggiano cheese cordial, and a rather unusual new almond martini! Mixology expert Stuart Bale from Strangehill hosted intimate masterclasses about the science behind the perfect G&T, and why it’s all about a wedge of mango not a slice of lemon!
A great time and a lot of Gin cocktails were had by all!
