For almost a century, KitchenAid has been at the forefront of innovation in the kitchen. In early September 2016, the makers of the iconic Artisan Stand Mixer opened their first Experience Store in the world in the heart of London’s West End on Wigmore Street.
The space includes a fully functioning demonstration kitchen as well as a cookery school which entertains a rolling schedule of events, offering customers the opportunity to experience the professional results KitchenAid appliances can produce.
Last week, the Wild Card team attended a Risotto cooking class, to learn the art of perfecting this classic Italian dish.
The Wild Card team chopped, sauted and steamed their way to create two delicious cheap diflucan dishes; arancini balls with sun dried tomatoes served with a hearty tomato sauce, and then onto a gorgonzola and parmesan classic risotto. The team used a host of stylish and cutting edge appliances, including the multifunctional Cook Processor which has an impressive 12 cooking functions from boiling and frying to kneading and chopping, helping to create exceptional, gourmet style dishes at home in minimal time.
It really was much easier than the team expected!
Events and cooking classes can be booked online at kitchenaid.co.uk and will be presented by KitchenAid alongside a range of industry specialists and specially chosen guest speakers.
