What is community management?
Active community management is the practice of interacting and participating in live conversations, online, from a brand tone of voice. Community management works best when the conversation and response is timely and transparent, meaning that the moment hasn’t been lost and the response is still relevant to your audience. It can be easy to get lost in the social noise and try and jump on every trend, but staying true to brand personality allows the user to build an authentic and recognisable voice.
