Here at Wild Card we’ve been working with Royal Warrant holding butcher and Britain’s leading mail-order meat supplier Donald Russell since 1995. In that time we have secured thousand’s of pieces of far-reaching editorial coverage, but perhaps none more important than an article in the Daily Telegraph some twenty years ago.

The article written by Trevor Grove questioned; ‘Is this the best beef ever’ and went on to revolutionise Donald Russell’s business model from export reliance to becoming Britain’s first and most trusted home delivery butchers – at a time http://artsandhealth.ie/tadalafil/ when BSE was shaking food industry. 

To celebrate nearly 20 years since the article was published, we worked with iconic food writer Carolyn Hart to produce an up-to-date feature on ’the Queen’s butcher’. Following a visit to Donald Russell HQ in Inverurie, an outdoor photo-shoot in the chilly northernly winds and of course recipe tasting, the result was a beautiful five-page feature in Saturday’s Telegraph Magazine, complete with engaging imagery and delicious recipes.
