Yesterday Hannah and Marcia headed to Earls Court to check out new designs and interior innovations showcased at this year’s Ideal Home Show. They were particularly impressed with the ‘eco houses’, designed by Ideal Home magazine and House Beautiful Magazine. By all accounts HSH Princes Charles also enjoyed his tour of the high-tech, environmentally savvy homes.

The houses have been commissioned by The Prince’s Foundation for the Built Environment, one of the charities founded by his royal does generic diflucan work highness. Designers of the state-of-the-art houses claim that inhabitants won’t ever need central heating, instead solely relying on a single wood burning stove to provide enough heat for the house. As well as insulation in the walls and ceiling the home is built with solid clay blocks to trap pockets of air, which will warm the house in winter and cool it in summer
