On Tuesday 17th July, the Sub-Zero & Wolf team were in for a treat as it was time for our recap training on the kitchen appliances, which meant eating lots of amazingly cooked food.

After catching up on our emails and letting our breakfast go down, we wandered down to the Subterranean Studio on Brompton Rd to meet with Juliette Raine, Marketing Executive for Sub-Zero & Wolf UK.

Juliette kindly gave an informative run through of the impressive key features that each product has, reminding us why they really are the ‘creme-de-la-creme’ of kitchen appliances. After putting some rosemary topped roasties in the Dual generic of diflucan Fuel oven for later, we moved onto cooking starters – smoked salmon blinis on the teppan-yaki with a side order of tempura cauliflower, prawns and asparagus from the deep fat fryer for starter.

After gobbling down probably one of our most indulgent elevenses ever, we moved onto mains – charbroiled salmon fillet and sirloin steak, accompanied by steamed spinach and perfectly cooked roast potatoes.

Although we left feeling absolutely stuffed we did learn large amounts. Many thanks to Juliette and the team for taking time out their day to train us.
