At Wild Card PR, our culture and values are at the heart of everything we do. We’re extremely proud of our team and all they achieve, from amazing PR & social results, new client wins to internal promotions. In April, we announced seven promotions across our team at all levels, from Junior Account Executives taking the first step up, to Senior Account Managers graduating to Account Directors.

As a B Corp business, we care about the 3 P’s. Planet, Profit & People. Our people are what make our business, so making sure that they feel valued, supported and inspired at work is what really matters. That’s why we offer a range of initiatives including a life coach mentor, early finishes on Fridays, a weekly wellness hour, and ongoing training so that our people can get exactly what they want out of their careers. And to give back, we encourage our team to take time off to volunteer at a charity of their choice twice a year.

But it doesn’t stop there. Our culture is so much more that the incentives we offer, it’s our way of working – the office chats, team socials, dog visitors, afternoon treat runs, and the ongoing respect and support that our colleagues have for each other and their clients.
