The senior roles for which we are recruiting are particularly interesting as we develop our integrated approach alongside our Head of Social and the in-house digital / design team. Every Monday we hold a company-wide meeting to share ideas, congratulate team members who have done particularly well in the previous week, identify pressure points so heavy workloads can be supported and share results achieved for clients. Our Smart Media Index, a bespoke media evaluation system, is used widely by the majority of our client base and sets our team’s sights on the strongest campaign results. Those results are rewarded with monthly competitions for the best coverage and social media awards.
The environment in which we work is also important. The Wild Card open floor-plan helps reinforce our flat hierarchy and sense of teamwork. Our expanding offices near Covent Garden and Somerset House are perfectly placed for commutes from every corner of the capital and beyond, with Waterloo just a stone’s throw across the bridge. Open areas for relaxation, brainstorming and creative / collaborative sessions are available for everyone to use and spring 2016 sees a complete refresh of the décor to the team’s specification.
