In October 2016 I started work experience at Wild Card. I felt apprehensive and unsure of what to expect at first. However, these feelings quickly faded as the prevailing friendly atmosphere quickly took over. I found myself distracted by the diverse portfolio of outstanding brands. Each day holds new and exciting tasks, allowing me to gain experience across a range of different brands, with no day being the same.

One of the first things that struck me was Wild Card’s constant awareness of key trends, keeping up with the practices and ideas shaping our industry. This opens up exciting development opportunities and experiences. Within the first few months I was lucky enough to attend exciting events such as the London Design Festival and The Chocolate Show. The time Wild Card invests in each individual, with endless opportunities at all levels makes it a dynamic and exciting place to work.

Despite the university-to-work process being such a transitional step, it is safe to say Wild Card has allowed me to learn valuable lessons and gain valuable experiences, ensuring positivity remains central. I have felt fully supported throughout working at Wild Card and look forward to the future ahead of me.
